If Your Were To Die Tomorrow.....

If your were to die tomorrow, what kind of legacy do you have to leave behind?

Last weekend I heard this question from a speaker at a conference in Florida. And this question sent me into a loop.

What if I really died tomorrow? What would people remember me by? And who, with the exception of my family, would remember that I existed? What have I done in my life so it would be important to people to remember me?

And then the other question popped: Why is that important to me? Is it my personal ego speaking or is this the purpose of humanity to leave something behind so the next generation has more awareness?

This got me thinking. Who am I and what do I do to add my contribution in the world? What can be considered a contribution?  Why can't I just exist in the privacy of my home, job, back yard, eat my food, watch TV and sleep, and never think about people learning about what I know that I can share to make their life better?

I thought, what I do now, makes it inconceivable for me to hide it, because not sharing what I know would be selfish of me. Because I know of effective ways for those who want to advance to the top of their performance, to the extraordinary, to the enjoyment and the feeling of satisfaction in their lives, to the magic of a mythological way of a hero.

I mentor successful women who want to be more successful in more areas in their lives. And many of them ask why they need to engage a mentor. They went to school, they know the steps, numerous literature is available for entrepreneurs, start-ups, career advancement, as well as for managing your relationships, attracting love and such, in many variations. So why do you need someone else, couldn't you do all of that on your own?

That's what I thought, when in the beginning I was cocky enough to reject help, thinking I know better what I need. Until my mentor pointed out to me how I can begin to control my story and make it what I want. When I discovered the methodology I work with now, I realized, not only do I not know better, I also need for someone to see inside and point out the obvious.

I will explain.

We all live inside of a story, a mythology, a plot we are writing, we are telling ourselves, like inside our own movie. When I was 10, I remember thinking that I can be a hero of someone else's movie on someone's screen this moment watching me perform my life from another dimension, as I eat my soup, wash my face or look at myself in the mirror, in my Moscow apartment close to 40 years ago.

The story I was telling myself was that I am an ordinary girl who is locked inside a dis-balanced circumstance. But I did not consciously know that yet. I was growing up, gradually absorbing views and beliefs that were dominant in those times. In my family, the dominant belief was that I needed to work hard in order to get someplace. Simultaneously, by the age 15, I began to believe that if I don't work hard enough (!) I can't get any place at all.

With my mother's guidance I was busy, I attended drawing and dancing class, skating, piano and singing. In addition to what I did outside of the school, I still had to do my homework on chemistry and physics, literature, two languages, and math (which I hated but this is a separate story).

I grew to rely on hard work getting me "someplace". I believed that unless I m awarded a highest honor, degree, or diploma, signifying praise from those in charge, I can't be happy. My own story unfolded day by day..... in the direction of ...... more hard work.

It was never enough. I could not be enough. I am not enough.

And if I am not enough...... then you know, what happens then. I am not enough so I cannot be loved, appreciated and if I don't have that I cannot be happy. And so it went on.

My story unfolded, and now I had no control over it.

22 years ago, "armed" with this unbalanced belief, and a Ph.D., I arrived to the US and was shocked to see how much work there is ahead of me to be able to be appreciated in this society where nobody even knew I existed yet.  I worked hard to get another degree, this time MBA, and still there was not a feeling of satisfaction with my life. I worked 17 hours a day and longed to have love in my life.

Years after, when I discovered the work that I do now, and when I re-discovered who I really am, and how to take control over my story, I began to find ways to "tell" the story I really want to tell.

I realized that it is fun to be able to control what goes on in my life and to predict and to compose, like music the sequences of my life in order to create the result I want.

As a result, my life began to shift, I found balance, and as a result of that, magic began happening in my life. I found work that I love. Over the next few years I discovered when I work I feel most relaxed and fulfilled. I not only feel at my best when I work with people helping them on their way to they discovery of their successes, I know that contributing to each person's advancement I create the new society of the future in the world is a more fulfilled place. Besides, when I am at my best like this, the universe begins to conspire, like it did when she put me in a set of circumstances where I discovered love.

What better life could I want? And yes, knowing that I can do more to contribute to more people's lives, before I finally dissolve, makes me feel grateful for every moment of my life, for the health that I possess, for the time that I devote to studies or work with others, or to my family, grateful for every next moment, and satisfied I am granted another day of being who I am.

In the end, yes, I am prepared to die tomorrow, even though I have no intention to do it, but to continue to tell my story as I intend it to and as I live a balanced and fulfilling life of my journey. What about you? Are you ready to live your life?

Clarity of Life Purpose for Successful Single Women

When was the last time you looked in the mirror? What do you see?

Many people say they see themselves of their path, they know their life purpose. And when it comes to feeling fulfilled, they say, they are pretty successful, maybe even relatively happy.

But what about this feeling nagging and longing for more, for better, for something unknown?

What about the feeling that you are not enough, misplaced, sad? Trying to fit in, be just like the rest?

How to stop being afraid in the midst of all what is going on in the world, and stop closing your eyes not knowing what to expect?

I mentor single very successful women who want more success in more areas in their life. Often people ask me how do I notice for what I notice in those women who successfully move toward what they want.

We all have patterns of failures and patterns of success. It is that when we are immersed in our experience we are unable to notice things that may be instrumental in allowing for a change that is needed for the behavior to occur, that is effective toward what they want.  That's where the guidance begin to be important. For those who need a trusted advisor.

Many times I notice that people don't have what they say they want, or don't do things that are necessary for them to do to have what they want.

It is difficult to give up the ways that are unproductive and ineffective toward what you want and begin to recognize what is true of you, so then to take a decision comfortably and confidently,  and then take action toward what you want happen in your life as a result of that action.

Avatar and Life Purpose

Hello All:

We start this year with an amazing acquantance with AVATAR, the movie that shakes the very foundation of belief in every sense. Through 3-D glasses we look into the eyes of a mythical man identifying with search for purpose and struggle for peace. The mythological creature/human quickly becomes our hero on the path, as the movie progresses.

The main character Jack Sully went on a mission because, due to his circumstances, he happened to be "chosen". Only he could begin to inhabit the fulfillment of the expensive investment and the mission of the AVATAR project.

Initially, Jack has no knowledge where he was going and what awaited him in this mission. He had no particular intention about it, or direction, or sense of role of himself in this project's bigger picture.

As the story develops, the hero steps onto the path of quick decision making and learning to be confident in choosing the further path. He uncovers the information that enables him to begin to make decisions on his path  that lead to his transformation and deep awareness of his larger role in the script of life.

As I am not intending to tell you the story of the movie, I have the intention to bring your attention to the story of your own life. What myth do you follow?

Are you prepared to fulfill your role?

What is your role in the bigger picture of your people's life?

How do you contribute?

How do you make your decisions?

I welcome your input to this discussion and open forum of people living their life on purpose.

Please respond to this post via link Respond here. I look forward to our discussions.

Purpose is Your Choice

Today at the gym I worked out hard to make up for the last few days that I wasn't able to go. I finished my workout with a couple of rounds of my Tai-Chi form, which I have learned so far in the class  of  Basic Tai-Chi - mediation in movement.

In the sauna after the workout, there was a woman laying flat, and as I walked in, she asked what kind of dance this is that I do. I explained that it was Tai-Chi, meditation in movement, exercise for health and wellness, and, as my teacher-master says, so "there will never be any arthritis". She got interested, and asked: " NO pain?" I said, no pain, anywhere, at all.

She asked my age and when I told her, she asked me how I manage to stay so thin. She told me that she was at least 30 pounds overweight, and she probably was. I am not good at pounds counting. That was the next twist in the conversation, as I explained that in the recent years, I quit cookies, and all processed sugar altogether. The woman looked at me with disbelief, and accused me of lying. "No sweet?" She looked at me with a sly smile. But "No", I said, "I have no interest in lying to you".  I told her that I started exercising aggressively with a trainer, recently, and I joined the Tai-Chi group.

This year, around my birthday, I realized that if I wanted to stay healthy and pain-free, regardless of what my genetic heritage is, I must do the work myself. I decided that in some spiritual sense it is easy and possible to reverse aging, why not. If you eat good healthy food, and exercise, and believe that it works, why not?  Our mind s very powerful, and the power of intent is very strong.

I thought if I am getting younger every day, I can get more done in a day, and I can actually then have more energy and work with more people who need me do the work with them. And once I can work with more people, I can contribute to the world in a wider bigger sense, in other words, bring more good to the world. Which is what my purpose actually is, as I see it, so far as I learned about it from my spiritual guidance.

So the idea of feeling younger, while adding the numbers onto my age got me excited. Once I got motivated, I could get going. Usually, it is the motivation, the purpose of that achievement, rather the lack of, that is holding us back.

The woman asked me if I had a job. I said that what I do isn't a job. I told her that I take people like you to the center of your soul to get acquainted with who you are, and connect with the purpose of your life, so you can get going too.

I said, it is easy to do, just decide.

So I decided to share this little story with you so you can decide what you want, where you want to get going, what motivates you?

Find out the purpose that drives you.

What Life In Between?

The leap of faith we take thinking about the purpose of our life sometimes leads up to an unknown path.

Recently, I worked with a woman who was looking to resolve the unrequited love from 15 years ago.  The woman (let's call her Lisa) spent with me one of her holidays (!), and as we worked toward having a successful session she prepared well to get all her information from the higher consciousness state. She wrote a bunch of questions for the higher consciousness to provide her answers.

We worked for 2 hours, and in the end she found the solution to her lingering unresolved feeling. Lisa thought is was about him, or having lost his love, and not being able to move on and have the life that she wants.

This woman was really holding onto the sad past, and only decided to begin to explore her story, having heard of advanced spiritual integration and working with spiritual guides exploring her soul and her life in between the lives on Earth.

Instead, the connection she experienced with her past love during this hypnosis experience brought her amazing peace, and the conclusively resolved her emotional pain. Now in the state of higher hypnotic awareness, she sat with a tear in her eyes.

Question was asked for her to her higher guidance: What lesson are you learning with him? The answer came right away: Continuing exploration of feelings of love with this soul.

Then questions about the past lives together redefined past and present purpose for her, showed more information that was helpful to her, as they were previously together in almost all variations, but never married.

What is the next step: she was given a choice to move on, come back to seek his love again, and start being more loving altogether. Her guidance led her through steps in each path as her choices unfolded into different lives.

Lisa was in awe with the choices she was missing so far, by lingering in the pain of the past. With amazing convictions she made the final decisions in new commitments to her life now, receiving her parting messages from her guidance.

After that session, I was reminded about my own recent update of spiritual integration, resembling the story I wrote about on my page in 2005.

So what is life in between lives?  Who gets to go on that journey and experience that heightened awareness in the light of nurturing love of our guidance? Do we need to die to know what is out there? Who turns off the light, (or who keeps the light on??)

Just out of curiosity, have you experienced deep hypnosis lately? How do you find fulfillment for your soul? Where do you look for it? And how do you know what is the right thing to do to resolve the past an start moving in the direction of your future?

Explore your life, explore your soul.  Let me hear your comments, questions, share experiences, thoughts.

With Love and Light,

Morrin

How to define your life purpose? Exercise.

What is your life purpose?

I met a woman today who said to me, oh, I am all set here in that department.
Yet, she could not help saying that she is missing something in her life, and that makes her feel incomplete -- fun perhaps, or... purpose?

I offered her an exercise.

An easy self-working exercise. Read this first then do the exercise.

Take a deep breath, exhale, take another deep breath, and slowly close your eyes, exhale. Breathe normally and imagine yourself like you are now, sitting comfortably, with your eyes closed.

Then imagine you are on vacation. Some place really nice. When was the last time you enjoyed your vacation? When was the last time you went on vacation?

Anyway, imagine yourself enjoying the place. Perhaps it is a sunny beach and you are laying on a warm sand under the hot sun, or you are sitting in a hammock in the back yard, or you are sitting on the top of the mountain watching the sunset.

Enjoy your relaxation, breathing deeply, just enjoy.

Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.  Breathe.

Then think about your life, and your life purpose. What is the purpose for which you are here?

Now open your eyes and write down the first thing that pops into your head. Without judgment. Just write it down.

Then close your eyes and feel it, now go and make it yours.

Ask Your Angels

Who Are Angels? Who are Spiritual Guides? Are Angels Real?

Angels and Spiritual Guides lead us in the life of our Eternal Soul and here on Earth in our real life.

Have you ever noticed that you get "saved" when you should have fallen, lost, broken, or forgotten something?

Do you ever hear a voice as if from inside of you?

Do you get encouraged or reminded how nice and worthy our life is when you lost hope?

My discovery of my angels, my spiritual guides and the white light of healing made my life take a different route.

I spent over a decade working hard on Wall Street doing something I thought was never my calling - working with numbers. I knew about  angels for a long time. They always helped me. Find a parking spot, or remind me to take an umbrella, or a pick up some fruit on the way home. However, I nevre really was very serious about it, until I started work with dreams. I found a hypnotherapist who helped me achieve a state of hypnotis awareness in ultra high heallng light, and from that time I was fascinated about the work in higher consciousness bright light.

After I discovered my angels, my spirit guides, angels Michael and Gabriel, my life had changed. They became my friends and saviors, the guardian angels, my loving guides and my spirit supporters, they guide and save, protect and love me every moment. Here is my story how I met an angel.
